We are proud to celebrate a major milestone in the career of our colleague, Taylor Martin, who has officially earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Power.
The PE license represents the highest standard of competence and professionalism in the engineering field. It is a recognition of Taylor’s dedication, technical expertise, and commitment to the highest standards of engineering practice.
Taylor earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State and has built an impressive career as an Electrical Engineer. His expertise spans a wide range of market sectors—including pharmaceutical, laboratory, hospital and clinic, hospitality, manufacturing, municipal, commercial office, retail, and restaurant projects. This breadth of experience allows him to bring versatile problem-solving skills and technical insight to every project he works on.
When asked about his work at RPA, Taylor says:
Typically, I'm working on Lab/Pharma projects with Brian Marshall and Jon Becker. This sometimes also includes office and amenities spaces such as cafes and collaborative spaces. I have also worked on corrosive/hazardous environment and cleanroom spaces with Ian Eason. I particularly enjoyed working with Ian on a project creating a new building for the housing of the corrosive acids used in the various processes of a manufacturing facility. The interesting challenges of this design were routing power feeds and penetrations into the corrosive environment, a roof mounted natural gas generator, and locating equipment and lighting around a crane system within the corrosive environment.
This achievement reflects not only Taylor’s personal achievement but also his commitment to advancing the quality and reliability of the solutions we deliver to our clients. We are excited to see how his continued leadership and expertise will shape future projects and contribute to the success of our team and clients alike.
