Shugars, a Penn State University graduate, joined RPA as a Project Manager with 25 years of experience in construction and engineering. He has since played a pivotal role in overseeing large-scale engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and strengthening client partnerships.
Throughout his tenure at RPA, Shugars led numerous projects and managed high-profile clients, including Arconic (Nitrogen Plant Design), Kawneer (Age Oven Replacement), Treehouse Foods (Wastewater Treatment Plan), GE Aviation, and GSK. With a proven track record of delivering results, he has been instrumental in advancing the firm’s mission and supporting its continued growth.
In his new role, Shugars will assume expanded responsibilities for guiding strategic initiatives, enhancing client service, and providing executive leadership to support the firm’s long-term vision.
