In 2020 RPA Engineering established a regional office for engineering design services in Raleigh, NC and we are excited to announce the expansion of our office with the addition of Cesar Hernandez, Project Engineer.

For the past five years, Cesar has been a vital part of our Reading, PA team, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in electrical design and manufacturing. His career has taken him from developing underwater robotics to coordinating suppliers and subcontractors, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how to move complex projects forward. Cesar has also put his expertise to work as an onsite project engineer, where he oversaw capital projects from start to finish, driving projects toward successful completion.
