Another home run at RPA Engineering! On August 18, 2024, RPA Engineering held its Annual Meeting at the Redner’s Event Center at First Energy Stadium in Reading, PA. This year we celebrated 35 years of delivering on our mission of providing high quality, cost effective, and responsive engineering services to our customers. In 1989, Richard P. Aulenbach II had a vision of starting an engineering firm that focused on engineering excellence and fostering lasting relationships with clients.

This past year we celebrated the promotion of Richard P Aulenbach III to President. Having served as Vice President of Business Development, he successfully created sustainable, profitable revenue growth that has allowed RPA to expand their client base. His commitment to increasing RPA’s sales and global growth while maintaining its culture aligns perfectly with RPA Engineering’s core values.

Throughout the past 35 years, we’ve expanded our reach through our diverse expertise. Our services center around fostering growth in major cities, expanding our existing portfolios in Semiconductors, Industrial Gases, Batteries, and Food & Beverage, maintaining our robustness in Metals and Pharmaceuticals, while continuing to hire and train the best engineers.

With this clear direction, RPA Engineering continues to tackle complex problems and deliver cutting-edge solutions solidifying our position as an industry leader and a trusted engineering partner – now and well into the future.

We can not celebrate the past 35 years, without celebrating our employees. Having the right skills is a given and we’ve been a leader in engineering services through not only through our technical expertise but also by following our core values of Integrity, Innovation, Quality, and Fun – values that helped grow our company and strengthen our leadership in various engineering fields throughout the country and worldwide. 

Each year we take an opportunity to celebrate those employees that have best exemplified our core values. Congratulations to our 2024 award recipients:

Integrity Award – Ian Eason, VP
This award recognizes an exceptional team member who consistently embodies the highest ethical standards and serves as a role model for our company culture. Here at RPA, we believe that doing things right and doing the right things are equally important. Integrity is the foundation of excellence. It takes courage to uphold honesty, trust, fairness, respect, and responsibility, especially when faced with difficult situations. This award celebrates those who demonstrate these values through their actions.

Innovation Award – Paul Parise, VP
This award celebrates an employee who is a boundary breaker within our structured industry. We honor those who champion creativity to deliver exceptional client solutions. A commitment to continuous learning and open communication are essential qualities of the recipient. This award recognizes an employee who is a future thinker, a bridge builder, and an architect of a RPA’s success.

Quality Award – Karl Bieber, Senior Electrical Designer
This award recognizes an exceptional employee who consistently delivers high-quality work, exceeding industry standards and customer expectations. Delivering the highest quality work is never a question—it’s what we do! This award exemplifies an employee’s unwavering dedication to quality. Their contributions have demonstrably improved project outcomes, advanced engineering practices, and inspired colleagues to achieve excellence.

Fun Award – Gina Peluzzo, Structural Engineer
This award recognizes an employee that fosters a fun, collaborative, and positive environment where our team can thrive and enjoy the work they do. Life is too short not to enjoy every moment. We strive to make our work life fun, not take ourselves too seriously and laugh along the way. Ultimately, this award celebrates an employee who creates a healthy, productive, and enjoyable workplace for everyone, and exemplifies the culture of RPA Engineering.

President’s Award – Brian Marshall, VP
This award honors an exceptional RPA engineer who has made extraordinary contributions to our firm’s success. By consistently exceeding expectations, demonstrating unwavering dedication, and inspiring colleagues, this individual has played a pivotal role in solidifying RPA’s position as a leading engineering firm. This award recognizes an individual who is more than just an employee; they are a catalyst for innovation, a mentor to others, and a true embodiment of the RPA spirit.
