Samantha Owens, MBA

Vice President

Samantha Owens is a Vice President and Senior Project Manager of RPA Engineering. Samantha joined RPA Engineering with a background in metals manufacturing and has over 10 years of experience in process engineering, lean/continuous improvement, project management, process database systems, capital/asset program management, and operations management.  She has experience managing capital engineering projects from business case development through installation & commissioning.

At RPA, Samantha has worked as a Sr. Project Manager for RPA’s project teams for multiple clients and for an onsite manufacturing client.  She has contributed to the strategic advancement of RPA’s marketing team, by building and maintaining the company’s Q&E portfolio system and working on modernizing our external website.  She is also leading strategic initiatives to improve RPA’s processes for project scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and employee/manager relationships.  Samantha’s role will focus on continuing to improve RPA’s business operations and processes, to support satisfying our clients’ engineering & design needs.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys traveling, golf, cooking, painting, and photography.
