Samantha Chiste Promoted to Vice President

ANNOUNCEMENT: Samantha Chiste has recently been promoted to a Vice President role at RPA Engineering.  Samantha graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing track, and a Six Sigma minor.  She also obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Penn State.  Samantha joined RPA Engineering with a background in metals manufacturing and has over 10 years of experience in process engineering, lean/continuous improvement, project management, process database systems, capital/asset program management, and operations management.  She has experience managing capital engineering projects from business case development through installation & commissioning.  Much of her career has been in the aluminum industry and she is a member of the Association of Women in the Metal Industries (AWMI).  At RPA, Samantha has worked as a Project Manager for an onsite client and RPA project teams.  She has contributed to the strategic advancement of RPA’s marketing team, by building and maintaining the company’s Q&E portfolio system and working on modernizing our external website.  She is also leading strategic initiatives to improve RPA’s processes for project scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and employee/manager relationships.  Samantha’s new role will focus on continuing to improve RPA’s business operations and processes, to support satisfying our clients’ engineering & design needs.
