From Internship to Employment: Welcoming David Jones and Jack Hagelbarger to RPA Engineering

Over the last 11 years, RPA Engineering has been growing and developing our Engineering Summer Internship Program. We take pride in bringing on students from a multitude of Engineering disciplines and giving them real-world experience at our consulting firm. We see some of the best and brightest students walk through our doors and spend three months learning and growing with our various departments.

The goal of the Summer Internship Program here at RPA Engineering is to give students a taste of the consulting world, give them real-life experience, and, hopefully, provide offer letters for positions at RPA post-graduation.

As a result of our hybrid program in the Summer of 2021, we have two students who received offers at the end of the program: David Jones who attends the University of Pittsburgh and is studying Electrical Engineering, and Jack Hagelbarger who attends Villanova University and is studying Mechanical Engineering. Both of these bright young men have accepted their offers and will be joining the RPA Engineering team when they complete their academic year.

We could not be more thrilled to add another talented Electrical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer to our team!
