RPA Engineering recently brought our team together for our 2026 Annual Meeting, centered on this year’s theme: Engineering Excellence. As our business continues to strengthen in new markets and project diversity, our Annual Meeting celebrated that excellence is about more than technical ability. It is reflected in how consistently we execute and collaborate with our clients to thoughtfully deliver high-quality results.
Our four speakers brought the theme of Engineering Excellence to life from different perspectives. Their presentations focused on the importance of technical engineering excellence and work efficiencies, exceeding client expectations, and celebrating our colleagues as teammates and collaborators. Together, these messages reinforced that engineering excellence is not limited to the work we produce but also reflected in the experiences we create for our clients and for one another.
Engineering Excellence is ultimately about how we show up every day. Quality is everyone’s responsibility, and great teams are built on respect, accountability, encouragement, and leadership at every level. As RPA continues to grow, our focus remains on continuous improvement, strengthening client relationships, developing and celebrating our people, and raising the standard with every project.
Our 2026 Annual Meeting served as both a celebration of our progress and a launch point for everything we are capable of achieving next.

These values help grow our company and strengthen our leadership in various engineering fields. Each year we take an opportunity to celebrate those employees that have best exemplified our core values. Congratulations to our 2026 award recipients:
Integrity Award – Melissa Paar, Director of Financial Services
This award recognizes an exceptional team member who consistently embodies the highest ethical standards and serves as a role model for our company culture. Innovation Award – Alex Lee, PE, Sr. Structural Engineer

Quality Award – Kate Harper, EIT, Manager of Design – HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection
This award recognizes an exceptional employee who consistently delivers high-quality work, exceeding industry standards and customer expectations. Delivering the highest quality work is never a question—it’s what we do! This award exemplifies an employee’s unwavering dedication to quality. Their contributions have demonstrably improved project outcomes, advanced engineering practices, and inspired colleagues to achieve excellence.
Fun Award – John Quici, IT Specialist
This award recognizes an employee that fosters a fun, collaborative, and positive environment where our team can thrive and enjoy the work they do. Life is too short not to enjoy every moment. We strive to make our work life fun, not take ourselves too seriously and laugh along the way. Ultimately, this award celebrates an employee who creates a healthy, productive, and enjoyable workplace for everyone, and exemplifies the culture of RPA Engineering.
President’s Award – Sue Marshall, Sr. Mechanical Designer
