We are proud to announce the promotion of Alana Giangrasso, EIT to Vice President at RPA Engineering. This milestone reflects not only her professional accomplishments, but also the leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to client success that she has demonstrated throughout her career.
Alana brings over 15 years of experience in engineering, project management, and leading multi-discipline engineering design as well as Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) teams. In her role as Project Manager, she has successfully managed complex capital projects across the pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturing sectors, delivering solutions that support critical operations and long-term client growth.
Throughout her career, Alana has led projects for major organizations including GSK, CBRE, and Superior Tube, among others, building strong client relationships while guiding projects from concept through design, construction, and startup. Her ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams and maintain clear communication with stakeholders has made her a trusted partner for clients executing high-value, complex projects.
In her new role as Vice President, Alana will take on expanded responsibilities supporting strategic initiatives, strengthening client partnerships, and helping guide the firm’s continued growth across the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing markets.
