Rick Aulenbach is the President of RPA Engineering. Rick has almost two decades of executive management expertise in product pricing strategy, contract negotiations, personnel development, profit & loss, and international accounts, strategic planning and program management. Extensive multi-functional experience, with particular emphasis on sales and creating sustainable, profitable revenue growth has allowed RPA to expand their client base. His strengths include analyzing complex situations and developing logical, creative and effective solutions. He enjoys creating strategies in business development for gaining access to manifest sustainable partnerships with the overall goal of increasing market share. Rick has been responsible for the company’s sales efforts, strategic partnership, business development, and global strategy. He has expanded RPA’s sales, brand awareness, and global growth. Rick’s distinguished career includes roles at Hafer & Company RIA and Devon Financial Partners.

Rick has served as a board member for the Cystic Fibrosis of Eastern PA and sits on the Board of Directors for his sons’ little league division. He enjoys coaching for his sons’ basketball teams, volunteering at the local food bank, and spending time with his family. He is a devoted husband and proud father of three.
